Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 3 July 2026
These terms govern your use of digicodecrafts.tech and any services provided by Digicode Craft Solutions, a company registered in Kenya. A signed proposal or contract for a specific project takes precedence where the two differ.
Use of this website
Content on this site is provided for general information. You may not copy, republish or resell it without written permission.
Quotations and scope
Quotations are based on the requirements agreed at the time of scoping and remain valid for 30 days. Changes to scope after work begins are estimated separately and agreed in writing before implementation.
Payments
- Projects are billed against milestones set out in the proposal.
- A deposit is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
- Flexible instalment plans are available for SMEs on request.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days unless the proposal states otherwise.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, access, approvals and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in these may shift the delivery timeline.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the custom deliverables created for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and internal frameworks, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of your deliverables. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before detailed discussions.
Support and warranty
Each project includes a defined post-launch support window stated in the proposal. Defects reported in that window are fixed at no extra cost. New features and third-party outages fall outside the warranty.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date remains payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
